Rachel Neubauer started painting in 1969, taking lessons in Tulsa, OK for five years.  She has taken a number of seminars in portrait painting;  attended workshops in Taos, NM and continues to participate in several seminars each year from well known artists, painting in oil, acrylic, watercolor and encaustic.  She can be contacted at LdyPantr@aol.com
